The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in debt collection / call center may be an advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

Job description:

  • Telephone contact of debtors in order to recover receivables;
  • Negotiating payment terms according to the strategy and working procedures applicable to each managed portfolio;
  • Monitoring compliance with written and verbal payment commitments negotiated with debtors;
  • Reporting to the hierarchical superior the situations occurred in the process of debt collection.
